SpringCharts keeps a list of your diagnoses for instant access. SpringCharts also includes the optional complete CPT codes for adding diagnoses to your diagnosis list. This gives users the advantage of quicker access to diagnoses since the user is not forced to scroll through a list of 1000 codes, but still provides immediate access to the complete code list.
