VERY
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR THOSE UPGRADING TO A NEWER VERSION OF
SPRINGCHARTS: DO NOT REPLACE MUDATA IF YOU ARE UPGRADING
YOUR SYSTEM. YOUR MUDATA FOLDER CONTAINS ALL OF YOUR PRACTICE
DATA. THUS, DELETING THIS FOLDER WILL BE HAZARDOUS TO YOUR
PRACTICE!
MUData:
The
MUData folder on the server contains all of your important
database information. For your convenience, we have included
several files to get you started. The information in these
files has been accumulated over several years of experience
in a busy practice, and may be helpful in giving your office
a head start. They include:
-ICDDictonary - The Standard ICD-9 Codes
-DiagnosisFile
- A List of Diagnoses
-DrugFile
- List of Medicines
-LabItemFile
- Lab Items
-TestFile
- Lab Tests
-MoriTextFile
- Report Header Information and Lab Explanations
If you
do not want to use our Diagnosis Codes, Delete the following
files from the MUData Folder: Diagnosisfile, Diagnosisfileini,
DiagnosisfilekeyNdx0, DiagnosisfilekeyNdx1. Do Not change
any other files!
If you
do not want to use our Procedure Codes,Delete the following
files from the MUData Folder: Procedurefile, Procedurefileini,
ProcedurefileNdx0, ProcedurefileNdx1, ProcedurefileNdx2.
Do Not change any other files!
If you
do not want to use our Drug Codes, Delete the following
files from the MUData Folder: Drugfile, Drugfileini, DrugfileNdx0,
DrugfileNdx1, DrugfileNdx2. Do Not change any other files!
CPT
Codes
Our
software also utilizes CPT Codes. In order to implement
CPT Codes, you may order the complete AMA CPT code list
from SpringCharts (see Catalog).
Users may also order the CPT codes on CD from the AMA
and, once received, upload these codes into SpringCharts
using the LOAD CPT CODES feature in the Preferences section
on the server.
